I ordered on line a product which Argos said it would be ready for collection on the 5 Oct, on attending the store in Aldershot I was informed that is had not arrived and would be ready for pick up on Saturday 5 Oct. Having paid two car parking fees I was told it should been picked between the 5 and the 6th AND WAS NOT IN THE STORE. What a shambles’ will not buy any item from the Aldershot Store again Very poor service all round please get a grip.

Washing machine delivered on time. Unfortunatey we have been unable to use it as it appears it may not have been installed correctly by Argos delivery and installation company EXPERT LOGISTICS.
Had so much difficulty getting Argos or Expert Logistics to react quickly to resolve issue we have had to ask for a refund and get washing machine taken away by Expert Logistics. Still do not know when this will be as we have been told it could take upto 48 hours before we get contacted by Expert Logistics.
Our experience with Argos has proved to be very disappointing and feel we feel that the public should be made aware if you are considering to purchase household goods from them

My dealings with Argos ( Kensington high street branch) have always been great!! I Love this store and the staff there are brilliant,,
The only problem I have with Argos is I find it hard to get onto a site to give positive feedback!!
Tasmin Naomi and the fella ( young good looking one) are SO patient with me .. very professional/ Empathetic/ but most of all kind to me .. this counts as a LOT on my book!!
Unfortunately the only complaint I do have is evetytime I try to get onto an online site to put my comments on I get lost in the web?? Hope this is the correct one!

Bought a fire kid 7 on the 26/11/2015 at £99.99 and there was the promise that if there is any reduction on 27/11/2015 refund would be made. It turned out that when I went back the next day because the tab reduced to about £69.99,the sales rep at wall worth argos stores said argos did not advertise any such thing .

…what kind of people take the time to comment on a £3.99 toaster. Yes, it is a toaster. And yes, it is cheap. Is it really people passing judgement on discount appliances or is there an army of Argos interns populating the site so that it looks used? Anyway, seems strange and does not look not very credible to me.

I have found the reviews on Argos to be very helpful when trying to decide if a product is what I want. I think it’s good that Argos don’t try to restrict the negative reviews – it does make happier customers over all I suppose.
