Argos requested I leave delivery feedback regarding a armchair that I recently bought via text but could not get a link.
This I am happy to do, as the delivery was excellent and as was the service at the Eltham Store but to try and actually leave feedback to this effect is difficult and complicated to do so.
Argos this is a wake up call for you to address this problem so customer can leave feedback in a clear and concise way.
The best business is recommendation, don’t miss out.
