Very Poor

I ordered on line a product which Argos said it would be ready for collection on the 5 Oct, on attending the store in Aldershot I was informed that is had not arrived and would be ready for pick up on Saturday 5 Oct. Having paid two car parking fees I was told it should been picked between the 5 and the 6th AND WAS NOT IN THE STORE. What a shambles’ will not buy any item from the Aldershot Store again Very poor service all round please get a grip.
