I ordered 3 sets of tea cups and saucers and the next day 2 sets were delivered (not 3), the delivery person said Argos would contact me with regards to arranging the 3 package.
A week went by and no body contacted me from Argos.
I phoned Argos and the could not get through to the distribution warehouse at that time, by the end of the day I received a call from Argos saying the 3 package would be delivered that evening. I said I would be in but Argos never delivered.
No call or text message (again) from Argos, so I called Argos, after 30 minutes of conversing on the phone, the lady said that the item was out of stock and I would have to keep checking back to see when it was in stock or money back in 5 days ( not instant).
It seems to me they need to fix their ordering system and communication/customer service with regards to calling the disappointed customer.
All together I have wasted at least an hour of my time chasing this up. waiting a second time for no show. and no customer service with regards to there poor service.

I’ve bought many’s a different idem from Argos in Enniskillen. And they where perfect . Now I bought iPhone 8plus two weeks ago & had to bring it back cause it wasn’t charging right they give me another one & it’s doing the same thing! I’m not very happy 🤬 really disappointed that I won’t even get my money back!! I’ll never ever be back in Argos

Ordered a hitachi tv online. Came when expected and the driver was helpful and friendly. Whilst setting the channels up on the tv I had a little problem and ring tech guys at argos and spoke to Simon. He was wonderful he obviously helped me but it was a silly thing but never made me feel silly at all. He was such a nice and friendly person and good at his job. Made me feel that argos is good for its support. I asked for e-mail to give a good feedback but mislaid it, so this is the best I can do.

Argos in Exeter Guildhall we’re absolutely amazing on 14/8/18, I had a issue with my Argos card and wasn’t receiving email confirmation to pick up my daughters birthday present. My daughter was with me and it was her birthday that day, I hadn’t been able to collect earlier due to work. She was so excited then so disappointed we wouldn’t be able to get it in time but team leader Sally along with a handful of other staff working that day took so much time and effort trying to locate the number for me. Silvia, the manager, even rang their costumer support team on my behalf past closing time to ensure my daughter got her birthday present. I am so grateful to Argos staff in Exeter Guildhall. I feel they went above and beyond that day and we are extremely grateful to them. Sarah

The staff here are brilliant, really lovely and super helpful. They absolutely made my wee boy’s birthday with their help and kindness. A team to be proud of, especially Lindsay who is just a star.

Had a list of 6 items on 1 was in stock. Was told to order online. Seems pointless that Sainsbury’s has taken over Argos just to ruin it. Rang customer services to give them my views and was told that this store is only for click and collect.

I reserved following item on 23 Jan:

VTech Little Friendlies Starlight Sounds Polar Bear

Went to collect it from local (Hounow) Argos but it was in filthy condition and they only had one in stock. Really disappointed that a store like Argos’s quality and service has gone so bad! They could have warned when reserving that it could be poor condition as last in stock.

Staff didn’t even offer to get it from another branch!

I wanted a black and a colour ink cartridge . Only one was available so I paid for it and reserved the other to come be collected next day. When I went to collect it they told me I couldn’t get the offer because I hadn’t paid for the two at once. This was a savings of about £7. The issue was I was told if i showed the receipt from the previous day and paid I would get the saving. Also wasn’t impressed with The staff from cricklewood store.

this is a message to the argos people as I am doing a 12 step thing now I got to say sorry to u for whot I done 12 years ago as did cheques and u not get money so sorry
