Bad Service Complaint

I ordered 3 sets of tea cups and saucers and the next day 2 sets were delivered (not 3), the delivery person said Argos would contact me with regards to arranging the 3 package.
A week went by and no body contacted me from Argos.
I phoned Argos and the could not get through to the distribution warehouse at that time, by the end of the day I received a call from Argos saying the 3 package would be delivered that evening. I said I would be in but Argos never delivered.
No call or text message (again) from Argos, so I called Argos, after 30 minutes of conversing on the phone, the lady said that the item was out of stock and I would have to keep checking back to see when it was in stock or money back in 5 days ( not instant).
It seems to me they need to fix their ordering system and communication/customer service with regards to calling the disappointed customer.
All together I have wasted at least an hour of my time chasing this up. waiting a second time for no show. and no customer service with regards to there poor service.
