Washing Machine from Argos online

Washing machine delivered on time. Unfortunatey we have been unable to use it as it appears it may not have been installed correctly by Argos delivery and installation company EXPERT LOGISTICS.
Had so much difficulty getting Argos or Expert Logistics to react quickly to resolve issue we have had to ask for a refund and get washing machine taken away by Expert Logistics. Still do not know when this will be as we have been told it could take upto 48 hours before we get contacted by Expert Logistics.
Our experience with Argos has proved to be very disappointing and feel we feel that the public should be made aware if you are considering to purchase household goods from them

We have had a washing machine delivered and installed 4 hours ago.
After the guys left noticed water running.
Has been poorly installed and needs someone to return and sort as we can’t use it. Can someone please call? ASAP.
Looking at some previous feedback on your feedback site I don’t hold out
Much hope… Hopefully we get a response.
